"Option Plus" is a trading name and Brand of "Spirex Customer Management Private Limited", here after referred to as "Option Plus". This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and governing of your use "Option Plus" software. solutions and services whereby "Option Plus" shall provide services to you for further merchants to sell Products or collecting money for a specified purpose. When you use "Option plus" Technology Services provided by us, you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they shall be deemed to be incorporated into this agreement. and shall be considered as a part of this Agreement. The "Privacy Policy" and the "Disclaimer form" a part of this Agreement. We reserve the right at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Agreement at any time without any prior written notice to you. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for updates / changes. Your continued use to services of "Option Plus" following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the revisions. We may also use information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring website usage in order to help us develop the website and our services and may provide such aggregate information to third parties. These statistics will not include information that can be used to identify any individual.

REGISTATION

You should be register with us in order to open a Account and use Services. We allow both individuals and Legal Entities to register with "Option Plus". Without any legal obligation to do so, we require certain information from you, as laid out in the registration form, for permit the use of "Optiion Plus" Services.
Which you have to provide accurate and complete information. In addition, you must keep the information that you can provide us up-to-date at all times.

Refunds and Returns Policy

All of our services are legal and we may provide you this services at varying costs. which will be provided you as a "proposer" upon joining "Option Plus". All our services and technology platforms will be take under this agreement. All the "refund and return" policies shall be governed by respective agreements.

Disclosures and Notices

You agree that "Option Plus" can provide disclosures and notices required by law and other information about your "Option Plus" Account to you electronically by posting it on our website, or by e-mailing it to the email address provided by you at the time of registration. You also agree that electronic disclosures and notices have the same meaning and effect as if we may provided you with paper copies. Such disclosures and notices are considered received by you within 24 hours of the time posted to our website, or within 24 hours of the time emailed to you unless we receive notice that the email was not delivered.

Disclaimer

"Option Plus" will make all reasonable efforts to provide uninterrupted services subject to down time and regular maintenance. However, notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the "Option Plus" Site, "Option Plus" Services may not be uninterrupted or error free or free from any virus or other malicious, destructive or corrupting code, program or macro and "Option Plus" disclaim all warranties, express or implied, written or oral, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness of the services for a particular purpose. Although "Option Plus" adopts security measures it considers appropriate for the offer of the "Option Plus" Solutions, it does not assure or guarantee that no person will overcome or subvert the security measures and gain unauthorized access to the "option Plus" Platform or your Customer data. "Option Plus" shall not be responsible or liable if any unauthorized person hacks into or gains access to the "Option Plus" Service or to your "Option Plus" Account.
